Requirements:
- Experience in a food production laboratory from 1 year;
- Knowledge of methods for analyzing dairy raw materials and products;
- Understanding of quality standards and food safety requirements;
- Ability to work with laboratory equipment;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, analytical thinking;
- Team approach to work and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing daily laboratory work;
- Checking the quality of incoming raw materials and controlling the production process;
- Conducting laboratory analyses of raw materials and finished products;
- Identifying quality deviations and preparing proposals for their elimination;
- Monitoring compliance with product quality and safety standards;
- Cooperating with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
