Description of a vacancy

A world-renowned international FMCG corporation, a leader in the production and sale of food products, in connection with the expansion of its activities and staff in Ukraine, is looking fo E-Commerce Manager, Kyiv (hybrid).

Requirements:
  • University Degree;
  • Experience working with the E-Commerce channel for 2 years;
  • Experience in managing projects, negotiations at the decision-making level;
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power-BI);
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
  • Availability of a category "B" driver's license.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of key parameters of the presence and standards of the E-Commerce channel in Ukraine;
  • Development of effective tools, cooperation with contractors, agencies;
  • Development of an activation plan in the e-commerce channel in accordance with the company's promotional strategy and brand development strategies;
  • Cooperation with the trade marketing department, sales department and finance to develop effective activities;
  • Development, planning and management of the channel budget;
  • Conducting brand development activities on partner sites;
  • Functional management and training of employees in category management in the e-commerce channel;
  • Conducting research on the behavior of buyers, consumers, categories, trades;
  • Creating a business development plan with key customers of the E-Commerce channel;
  • Negotiating with key customers to reach agreements on the necessary business indicators;
  • Monitoring current business indicators, analyzing competitors and the competitive environment to determine the necessary activities, adjusting the necessary activities;
  • Creating and implementing a national program for key customers;
  • Ensuring financial KPIs and P&L management of the channel. Setting goals for the channel and monitoring their implementation;
  • Participation in cluster E-com communities and presenting results from Ukraine.
