This is a high-impact commercial role for a driven Sales Manager who is ready to actively build the market, win new clients, and directly influence their income in a performance-based environment.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Zootechnics or Veterinary is a strong advantage;
  • Experience in agro, veterinary, feed, or related technical B2B sales;
  • Strong hunter mindset — ability to build and grow sales independently;
  • Confident driving skills and willingness to travel;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive aggressive B2B sales of premium feed additives across the livestock sector;
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and expand the client base from scratch and through existing accounts;
  • Conduct field visits, negotiations, and high-level product presentations;
  • Develop tailored technical and commercial solutions based on customer production needs;
  • Own your sales pipeline and consistently deliver and exceed targets;
  • Manage receivables and ensure disciplined account control;
  • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to close deals faster.
