Our client is a stable and fast-developing insurance company actively growing its presence in the Ukrainian market. We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Kyiv office.

This role is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who wants to work in a structured business environment and take ownership of key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements:

2–3+ years of experience in HR roles;
Hands-on experience with military registration is required;
Military accounting certificate or willingness to obtain it;
University Degree;
English or German at Intermediate level;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage military registration (military accounting) of employees;
Run full-cycle recruitment for open positions;
Lead onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
Provide HR advisory support and handle internal employee communications;
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes;
Prepare HR reporting and analytics;
Coordinate internal training programs and HR initiatives;
Support HR administration activities.
