In connection with the further development of the business, the company is looking for a Regional Director in Kropyvnytskyi - a strong business leader capable of stimulating regional growth, effectively managing teams and ensuring sustainable business development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing regional business operations or large business units;
  • Strong understanding of the Ukrainian agricultural market: crop protection products, seeds, and fertilizers;
  • Experience in client relationship management and regional sales development;
  • Strong leadership and people management competencies;
  • Strategic mindset, high level of responsibility, and result-oriented approach;
  • Understanding of financial indicators, budgeting, and operational management;
  • Higher education degree (Agronomy background would be an advantage);
  • Confident user of MS Office, 1C, and CRM systems;
  • Valid category B driving license.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing regional operations and ensuring achievement of financial and business performance targets;
  • Driving business development and strengthening the company’s competitive position within the region;
  • Building a strong management team and ensuring effective cooperation between departments;
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners;
  • Controlling operational activities, administrative processes, and uninterrupted regional office performance;
  • Ensuring implementation of corporate standards, policies, and internal procedures;
  • Participating in the implementation of the regional business development strategy.
