A world-renowned international FMCG corporation, a major leader in the production and sale of food products, is looking for Territorial Manager, Odesa.

Requirements:
  • University Degree;
  • Experience in the FMCG sector in a managerial position for at least 2 years;
  • Team management skills, negotiation, organizational skills, leadership;
  • Availability of a category “B” driver’s license;
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
  • Sales planning and identification of opportunities for increasing sales in the entrusted territory (Odesa region, city);
  • Development and coordination of the annual business plan;
  • Working with the distributor, negotiating with local networks, TOP clients;
  • Implementation of the sales plan in the entrusted territory;
  • Selection, training and motivation of the distributor's sales teams;
  • Conducting audits in retail outlets, local networks;
  • Tracking and controlling budget use;
  • Conducting field audits, trainings;
  • Maintaining reporting, sales analysis.
