Our client is an international company and a global leader in the market for sanitation, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, serving the food industry, healthcare, energy, and hospitality sectors across more than 160 countries. The company has been successfully operating in Ukraine for over 25 years. Due to staff expansion, they are announcing a vacancy for a Standardization and Certification Specialist in Kyiv.

Requirements:
  • Relevant higher education;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in handling documentation, certification processes, and regulatory requirements;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, punctuality, and a proactive approach;
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid format (2 days a week in the office) — Podilskyi district, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing document packages for the registration of detergents, disinfectants, biocides, and medical devices;
  • Ensuring product compliance with Ukrainian legislation and international regulatory standards;
  • Liaising with government regulatory bodies, external partners, and internal company teams;
  • Managing, updating, and overseeing regulatory documentation, technical files, dossiers, SDS, instructions, and labeling;
  • Monitoring timelines for product registrations, renewals, amendments, and updates;
  • Monitoring legislative changes and assessing their impact on products and business processes;
  • Providing regulatory support for new product launches and changes to existing registered products;
  • Participating in the optimization of internal processes regarding regulatory documentation.
