Requirements:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction;
- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects;
- Proven track record of delivering full-cycle projects;
- Portfolio of successfully completed construction projects (mandatory);
- Practical experience managing construction project budgets, timelines, and quality;
- Team management experience;
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the construction project across all stages;
- Coordinating internal teams, designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders;
- Overseeing design, permitting, tendering, and the selection of general contractors;
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, schedules, and project execution quality;
- Managing risks, changes, and contractor contractual obligations;
- Organizing the facility's commissioning and preparing regular project status reports.
