Description of a vacancy

Our client, a world family company, one of the leaders in the FMCG segment, announces a competition for the vacancy of Accounts Development Manager, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
  • Determination and implementation of opportunities aimed at increasing the volume of sales of products and improving its representation in customers' stores;
  • Development of a strategic development plan for the client for 3 years;
  • Creating a customer profile and updating information in it on a regular (monthly basis);
  • Negotiating with clients, preparing business contracts with them, an annual plan of marketing activities;
  • Achievement of the necessary aims and the representation of products in the client's stores in accordance with the strategic plan of its development and the company's strategy;
  • Conducting promotional activities in the client's stores within the framework of the annual marketing plan and target budget;
  • Meetings with entrusted clients on a weekly basis with the aim of solving operational issues, presenting achieved results, or proposing innovations and solutions to existing problems, establishing long-term business relationships with clients;
  • Control of the timeliness of orders and the fulfillment of the delivery schedule for all the client's stores;
  • Preparation of periodical reports showing sales volume, potential sales, development areas;
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the product sales plan and key performance parameters in relation to the promotion of sales of products in the customers' stores.
Requirements:
  • Experience in active sales in an FMCG company at least 5 years;
  • Experience in managing people from 2 years;
  • Experience in managing key clients;
  • Experience in negotiating at the decision-making level;
  • Experience in project leadership within the region / country;
  • English language Upper Intermediate;
