Career guidance for high school students
Children of Profession
The idea of the project is to immerse students in a live environment of a profession. Our speakers - professionals of their fields - tell about complicated things in an accessible manner. Also, they offer the participants to solve real business tasks.
DOPOMOGA Ukraine realizes the project with a support of European Business Association and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
In this project, we try to combine a knowledge gained at school that can be applied in a particular profession + to provide an opportunity for each student to be in the role of a super-professional.
If a participant is able to rate his/her interest in the profession at the end of the project, we see it as a great result!
Reviews of our participants and their families
Our modules touch the Departments of HR, Finances, Sales & Marketing, IT and Law. Also, DOPOMOGA Ukraine has a separate module for those who wants to try themselves in Business & Entrepreneurship.
Modules are held in companies’ offices, business associations and universities.

Lectures and workshops for students
We combine HR business and specialized higher education, as inevitable parts of each other.
We organize workshops and educational events. Also, prepare young specialists, interns and trainees at the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics in Kiev National Economic University named after V. Hetman (Discipline "Personnel Recruiting").
Volunteer help for people who have difficulties in a job search
We arrange a consultation during which we answer the following questions: where can I find a job? what do I need to do to get a job? Also, we provide support during a period of a job search.
