Specialist: has a higher specialized education and previous similar work experience from 1 to 4 years.

Qualified specialist: has a higher specialized education and previous similar work experience for 5+ years.

Highly qualified specialist: has a higher specialized education and similar work experience for 10+ years. Narrowly specialized specialists are included in the same category. This category name emphasizes their uniqueness in the labour market

Warrant period equals to a probationary period of a company - 90 calendar days from the date of the specialist's release to a new job. On this day, agency warranty begins. If a recommended specialist cannot prove his/herself in the right way, we find out the reason and we will replace the employee in a short period of time, if there is no way to make positive changes.

Final step of specialists' recruiting is your approval of a finalist. Until, our consultant continues the selection process.
