A recruiting agency is a mediator between a Client that has a vacancy and a Candidate that is looking for a job. The Agency's Client is an employer. The company finds matches. It finds a Candidate that meets expectations of the Client and vice versa.

We got a recruiting order - a vacancy. Then, the agency needs to select a specialist that meets the Client’s requirements in order to fulfill the vacancy. In addition, a crucial factor is a Candidate’s satisfaction about corporate culture and working conditions of the Client’s organisation.
The consultant finds a person who is potentially interested in the vacancy and whose education, experience, and skills, according to a preliminary assessment, meet the requirements.
Our consultant starts negotiation with a spesialist. If a preliminary assessment was made correctly and the spesialist is interested in a vacancy, he/she becomes a Candidate.
First of all, our consultant conducts assessment and qualifying stages, and checks recommendations. In case of approval of professional experiences and skills, and enough level of motivation that meets the vacancy’s requirements - the consultant introduces the Candidate in absentia to the Client and arranges a meeting.
In case a Candidate completed all selection stages in the Client’s company successfully, he/she gets a job offer. Job offer consists of the name of a position, terms of employment, date of entry to work, date and signature. All of this is stated on the company’s letterhead. After, the job offer is sent to the finalist for approval. The finalist can accept it as well as reject. Also, this stage is suitable for negotiations regarding all conditions offered.
