Our client is a leading French pharmaceutical company specializing in original innovative medicines, with a strong presence in Ukraine since 1997. The company is currently seeking a Legal & Public Affairs Assistant to join its Kyiv-based team.
- Process contracts and electronic documents, submit invoices, complete due diligence forms, and ensure full compliance with company policies;
- Liaise with vendors and the finance department to ensure timely collection and submission of required documentation;
- Arrange business travel, including booking flights, train/bus tickets, and accommodation;
- Prepare travel-related documentation and submit post-trip reports;
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
- Translate documents, correspondence, and other materials to and from English, ensuring clarity and accuracy;
- Support business meetings and both internal and external events by managing logistics;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department in line with business needs.
- University Degree in Law will be an advantage;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and LigaZakon;
- Excellent analytical and administrative skills;
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
