Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor sales performance across the Central region of Ukraine;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and partner representatives: coordination, training, and motivation initiatives;
- Monitor distributor stock levels to ensure optimal availability of recommended product ranges;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, professional communities, and educational institutions;
- Drive engagement within the Veterinary Channel: organize activities, attract new clients, and develop long-term partnerships;
- Plan and execute marketing activities, exhibitions, and congresses to strengthen brand awareness and grow the client base;
- Ensure compliance with the company’s pricing strategy;
- Support and adjust promotional activities in the Veterinary Channel;
Requirements:
- University Degree in Medicine, Veterinary Science or Biology;
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or Veterinary Doctor;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Experience in organizing and participating in public events;
- Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills.
