Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Management of a chain of stores in the entrusted territory;
- Organization and control of store operations;
- Conducting inventories and controlling product balances;
- Regular audit of stores in accordance with company standards;
- Analysis of key performance indicators of stores;
- Working with a team;
- Participation in the selection and evaluation of personnel;
- Carrying out other management assignments in accordance with the job description and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary specialized education;
- Experience in retail in managerial positions (territorial manager, store manager, etc.);
- Understanding of key performance indicators of a store;
- Readiness for active field work and regular business trips around the city;
- Active life position, leadership qualities, sociability, responsibility and result orientation;
- Having a car and a driver's license will be an advantage.
