Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Sales planning and identification of opportunities for increasing sales in the entrusted territory (Odesa region, city);
- Development and coordination of the annual business plan;
- Working with the distributor, negotiating with local networks, TOP clients;
- Implementation of the sales plan in the entrusted territory;
- Selection, training and motivation of the distributor's sales teams;
- Conducting audits in retail outlets, local networks;
- Tracking and controlling budget use;
- Conducting field audits, trainings;
- Maintaining reporting, sales analysis.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Experience in the FMCG sector in a managerial position for at least 2 years;
- Team management skills, negotiation, organizational skills, leadership;
- Availability of a category “B” driver’s license;
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
