Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: candidates searching , conducting interviews and supporting the hiring process;
- Adaptation of new employees and support during the probationary period;
- Maintaining personnel processes and documentation (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, accounting for vacations, sick leave, etc.);
- Interaction with heads of departments on HR issues;
- Participation in the development of corporate culture and internal communications;
- Organization of corporate events and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Similar experience from 1 year;
- Confident command of MS Office and 1C;
- Practical recruiting skills and basic understanding of HRM (human resource management);
- Desire to develop in a complex HR function;
- High communication skills, activity, responsibility.
