Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and drafting commercial contracts;
- Preparing documents and facilitating the process of obtaining permits and licenses;
- Representing the company before government authorities regarding legal matters related to business operations;
- Drafting constituent documents and managing the necessary formalities for registration processes;
- Handling claims, business correspondence, and drafting applications, complaints, etc.;
- Maintaining internal company registers and managing the database of contracts, constituent documents, design/technical specifications, permits, and other documentation.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Law;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of office administration and electronic document management systems;
- Proficient PC user; familiarity with LIGA:ZAKON and YouControl;
- Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and capacity to handle large volumes of information.
