Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing HR administration: staffing schedules, headcount tracking, and personnel documentation;
- Organizing and coordinating employee training, medical examinations, and workplace safety assessments;
- Recruitment: creating job profiles, posting vacancies, initial candidate screening, and conducting interviews;
- Collaborating with department heads on recruitment needs;
- Administrative support: managing access passes, corporate mobile services, internal reporting, and document workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration and/or general HR;
- Practical experience in maintaining personnel records;
- Experience in recruitment and conducting initial interviews;
- Proficiency in PC use and office software;
- Systematic approach, attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills;
- Willingness to work in an office-based role.
