Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Servicing customer stores in accordance with the contractual agreement;
- Install and maintain dosing and other equipment;
- Assist customers in using chemical solutions to effectively and safely implement cleaning and disinfection programs;
- Complete paperwork in stores and conduct necessary surveys;
- Communicate findings to store managers, quality managers and head office;
- Train customer staff;
- Sell cleaning and disinfection technologies to food retail businesses;
- Implement strategy, goals, objectives and agreements.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Experience in customer service;
- Negotiation skills, product or service presentations;
- Sociability, responsibility, independence, willingness to learn;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Own car, willingness to travel;
- Confident user of MS Office.
