Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing trade marketing programs;
- Managing the product portfolio and category development;
- Developing mechanisms to boost sales, cross-selling, and client development;
- Preparing presentations, POS materials, and sales team tools;
- Organizing marketing support for tastings, presentations, and trade shows;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and sales performance;
- Managing the trade marketing budget and preparing regular reports.
Requirements:
- Higher or specialized secondary education;
- At least 2 years of experience as a trade marketer (experience in HoReCa, FMCG, the food industry, or distribution is an advantage);
- Understanding of trade marketing and sales department operations;
- Skills in analyzing sales, SKUs, margins, and promotional effectiveness;
- Proficiency in MS Excel; 1C knowledge is desirable.
