Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Organization and implementation of long-term and current planning of the branch;
- Organization of attracting new clients: legal entities and individuals;
- Negotiations with companies on salary projects;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of standards and the level of quality of customer service;
- Participation in the search, selection and adaptation of the branch staff;
- Training, assessment and motivation of branch employees;
- Ensuring reporting.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Experience in the banking sector from the 1st year;
- Experience in a management position;
- Negotiation and presentation skills;
- Confident PC user (MS Office);
- High organizational and leadership qualities, result-oriented.
