Description of a vacancy
Our client is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian agricultural market - a stable and well-established company with a strong reputation, which is actively expanding its regional presence and strengthening its management team.
In connection with the further development of the business, the company is looking for a Regional Director in Kropyvnytskyi - a strong business leader capable of stimulating regional growth, effectively managing teams and ensuring sustainable business development.
Responsibilities:
- Managing regional operations and ensuring achievement of financial and business performance targets;
- Driving business development and strengthening the company’s competitive position within the region;
- Building a strong management team and ensuring effective cooperation between departments;
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners;
- Controlling operational activities, administrative processes, and uninterrupted regional office performance;
- Ensuring implementation of corporate standards, policies, and internal procedures;
- Participating in the implementation of the regional business development strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing regional business operations or large business units;
- Strong understanding of the Ukrainian agricultural market: crop protection products, seeds, and fertilizers;
- Experience in client relationship management and regional sales development;
- Strong leadership and people management competencies;
- Strategic mindset, high level of responsibility, and result-oriented approach;
- Understanding of financial indicators, budgeting, and operational management;
- Higher education degree (Agronomy background would be an advantage);
- Confident user of MS Office, 1C, and CRM systems;
- Valid category B driving license.
