Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket network within the assigned region;
- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability and key KPI targets;
- Lead, develop and evaluate Store Managers, ensuring strong team performance and effective people management;
- Monitor customer service standards, inventory levels, shrinkage and stocktaking results;
- Analyze key operational and financial performance indicators and implement initiatives to improve store efficiency and profitability;
- Support the opening of new stores, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with company standards;
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate standards, policies and internal business processes across all stores in the region.
Requirements:
- University degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in grocery retail;
- Proven track record of successfully managing a multi-store retail network, with responsibility for 3 or more stores;
- Strong understanding of modern grocery retail operations and business processes;
- Valid Category B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle;
- Confident PC user;
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, analytical mindset, high level of responsibility and a strong results-oriented approach.
