Our client is a fast-growing Ukrainian company with over 10 years of proven success in the feed additives and livestock solutions market, working with leading European manufacturers.
This is a high-impact commercial role for a driven Sales Manager who is ready to actively build the market, win new clients, and directly influence their income in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive B2B sales of premium feed additives across the livestock sector;
- Hunt for new business opportunities and expand the client base from scratch and through existing accounts;
- Conduct field visits, negotiations, and high-level product presentations;
- Develop tailored technical and commercial solutions based on customer production needs;
- Own your sales pipeline and consistently deliver and exceed targets;
- Manage receivables and ensure disciplined account control;
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to close deals faster.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Zootechnics or Veterinary is a strong advantage;
- Experience in agro, veterinary, feed, or related technical B2B sales;
- Strong hunter mindset — ability to build and grow sales independently;
- Confident driving skills and willingness to travel;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
